Target "Brand New Day"

Target rolled out some new commercials during the CBS programming tonight. Does anyone know the music they used? One ad kept highlighting the word "new" and used a poppy, upbeat song with a chorus like it's a new day or a good day or something like that.
 
When I heard the commercial I was thinking it sounded like Echobelly. So I looked at the only Echobelly CD I have and found the song "A Good Day" from the Gravity Pulls CD. I've only seen the commercial once so I'm not sure. Is this what you were looking for?
 
the song consists of a woman humming... lk "ba ba ba baa ba ba ba baaa"

or something lk that. i'm sorry i know it's not much...but has anyone seen the new Target commercial? if so they'd know what i'm talking about.

I think it has something like "new life" in the commercial also. Must be a new ones in their "life" campaign.
 
hmm....that chorus sounds a lot like "ba ba ba" by the new york band ivy. is it a girl singer?

i dont know if it fits in with the theme the person above mentioned tho..

It's not the one you are looking for . . . but another Target commercial features "More Where That Came From" by Dolly Parton.
 
the lyrics i heard were about satisfaction and number 1

does that help, and it is the new life campaign

ok, so there's a really new commercial for target and the song rocks. i don't remember the words exactly but at the end of the commercial, the song ends with the word love like, la lala lala la la, la lala lala love
 
I think it is "Its Love" by Chris Knox but I havent seen the commercial...post a link if Im not right
