Fat Guy Stuck in Internet

I am having trouble figuring out what song this is. I first heard it on Top Gear during the episode where Jeremy, Captain Slow, and Hammond convert their cars into boats and try to sail across the English Channel.

Then I heard it again on the episode of "Fat Guy stuck in Internet". It plays about 4:30 into the episode, when you first see the pirate ship.

It's a library track, and unavailable to the public for purchase or download (unless you can locate it outside of the library - it happens.) It's called "Quest for Glory" by John Powell.
