So the mystery of how the New Yorker got my music has been solved. A third party organization -whose methods I was not fully aware of (my own fault) when I signed on with them- licensed my music to the New Yorker and didn't require them to credit me.. sucks for me, but hey I got a little exposure out of the deal!
