I don't know the specific names of the songs, but I can lead you in the right direction. The Soundtrack from the movie is done by Spaceman and the Sun City Girls, and will be released April 22nd in the US, according to pitchfork.

In any case, I previewed the tracks, and they seem to match up with what's featured in the trailer.

I checked out all the songs on the soundtrack and none of them are in the trailer. I am dying to know the piano song towards the end of the trailer. It sounds very familiar. Anybody know??

The last song originally had characteristics of Jon Brion, the gentleman who gave us the Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind soundtrack. That may be something . . .
