Does anyone know the name of the song in the Malibu commercial? It is women singing and has a dance beat to it but soft sound. The commercial shows a car being put together and looks new.
 
All i know is that is a 15 second spot with an orange hood being put on the car I think. I don't know the name of the song or any lyrics but it is a song I've heard before. Sorry not much help.
 
Confirming the artist is SILVERSUN PICKUPS - and for anyone thinking a woman is singing - It is, in fact, a dude.

They are EXCELLENT - The album is CARNAVAS - go get it!!!

Another thing - I noticed the version in the Chevy commercial is a REMIX. It is not the album version, nor do I know where the remix is available.
 
It actually sounds like a remix of 'Lazy Eye'. If somebody could come up with a little more info about it, I'd really appreciate it.
 
It was a commercial during the olympics on wed. 8/13/08 and it was a chey malibu commercial it sounds like a remake of a smashing pumpkins song,
the lyrics go, "I've been waiting... Waiting for this moment all my life"
