Mystery song appears again!

I've been wanting to know who sings this song for over 3 years now. I've heard it at Starbucks, CVS and the grocery store. Finally, I've got some lyrics. I wrote them down and did the best I could given interruptions over the PA systems and shoppers chatting. I might be a little off on the lyrics.

It's a female singer. A simple folksy-pop song in the spirit of Jewel's Pieces of You album. She sounds like the lead singer of Six Pence non the Richer. Here's what I have.
