I need to know the song and artist played at the end of the Blood Ties episode titled "Drawn & Quartered" aired on 11/16/2007. There were only three lyrics, but they were incredible:

Since the show is produced in Canada, the music is probably Canadian since Canada has a mandate to use solely Canadian musicians for its TV soundtracks. Some Canadian shows run the music used in their episodes during the end credits (U.S. shows don't do this, or we wouldn't need this forum site).
