After doing some reasearch, I learned this commercial was made by an agency called Nexus Productions in London. I went to the company's website and emailed them to ask what the song was. Their response was:

The agency composed something specially for the 'Piggy' commercial then did a more filmic version for ‘’Small business Land’’, the commercial with the floaty think bubble. I hope this helps!
