PaRappa the Rapper

Ok, Ive been racking my brain and cant come up with the commercial but I remember what happens in it..

The whole commercial is a drawing first off. There is a guy on a party boat I believe, and hes rappin, when a squid comes out of the water and takes him under, Still rapping. The squid spits him out back onto the boat and he just keeps going. Anyone know what im talking about here??
