I am looking for the name and artist of a song that plays in the promotional trailer for Cane on CBS. It is kinda rap/reggaton? Please does anyone know this. It has Hector Allizondo and Jimmy Smits in it. I have done search but I cannot find it.

Best I can do is give you the artist. According to a guy at IMDB, the artist is Mikeyton. He's MySpace is here. There you can find a YouTube posting of the commercial.

Thanks, I checked out his myspace and checked on youtube but did not find the song that is featured in the cane commercial promo.

I'm looking for the song in the ad for the show Cane. Kind of sounded like Nick Cave.

Hi. The song I am looking for is definately not the Mellowdrone one. It is the Mikeyton artist but none of the songs on Myspace are the ones in the promo of Cane. So I am still looking for it. So if there is anyone new out there who knows this song title by Mikeyton that would be great.

Cane is an awesome show. I really think CBS has something with this one,
I just hope they let it run for longer than one season. There is some really good music in this show too
like the Wilshires,Mellowdrone, and Mikeyton. I really love the songs that former Tonic lead singer
Emerson Hart has in the show though. In the episode when Jaime proposed to Rebecca in the kitchen I thought Emerson's
'When She Loves You' was great for that scene. Anyway, I looked him up on Myspace and his new album
Cigarettes and Gasoline sounds good, check it out.
