Firehouse Dog

Hey guys. Does anyone know the name of the song that plays during the Firehouse Dog trailer? It goes something like "Look out here we are can't believe we've come this far, look out here we come and this song has just begun. How lucky we are, how lucky we are".

I think they played the same song at the end of a Joan of Arcadia episode on the season 1 dvd "Bringeth it on". I've looked everywhere trying to find the name of this song, but haven't had any luck.

I would be eternally grateful to anyone that could help me find the name/artist. =)
