Song in Haggard ?

At 5 minutes and 45 seconds into the movie when Jenn Rivell is undressing and Ryan Dunn sitting in bed seeing it in his head. There is a great song playing and for the life of me I can't find it. I've tried googling the lyrics and only 1 hit came up and it didn't lead to a song. Anyway I'm thinking it could be H.I.M. There is the music listing at the end but it doesn't seem to be any of those songs. Any ideas?
