Whats that song where at the end of each dodge commercial, they show the dodge symbol and dude says "hit it!" and then some gitar plays afterwards.

I believe that the little riff you're referring to at the end of the ads is a custom piece they did just for the ads. It sounds kind of like a cross between the bass intro to Rush's "Driven" and Living Color's "Cult of Personality", but it's not from either of those songs. It's kind of like a "jingle" in that it's a musical bit associated with that particular company/product, and they've been using it for several years, so I'm pretty sure they had it written specifically for them as kind of a musical "trademark" or "logo" for their brand identity.
