Does anyone know the name of the song that is played at the World Cup Stadiums themselves in Germany after each game is over? The song is played immediately after the game ends when players are shaking hands and exchanging jerseys on the field and it is played over the arena/stadium loudspeakers. Thanks.

Yeah, it uses the tune of "Go West", which is like the unofficial football theme in parts of Europe. 
The orchestral version heard at the end of each match is called "Stand Up! (Champions Theme)", and it is the official theme for Germany 2006.
