"Candy?" Possibly a duet

I heard a song with the lyrics about a girl named Candy or calling someone Candy ("candy girl" maybe) There were also lyrics of either "going crazy" or the "world is crazy", and "hold her/you". I wish I could remember the rest of the lyrics...I just assumed that the song had Candy in the title but I can't find it anywhere. It sounded like there were two voices, one male and one female and they both sounded familiar, like possibly a female singer's duet with a male-fronted band. I couldn't put a name to any of the voices, but they sounded like either 80's or 90's artists. I've never heard the song before today...it could possibly be new.
