A Walk To Remember

Ok so for like the past 3 years I have been trying to find this song. It takes place in a walk to remember when Landon is getting out of his friends jeep to go to his theater rehearsal. When they pull up you hear the song and through the scene when he's getting out of the jeep and getting his crutches you can hear the song playing. The song also plays in Driven when Stallone and Kip Pardue are on the plane talkin about the races but they arent talkin..you can just hear the song. Please help!

"Numb In Both Lips" by Soul Hooligan is credited in both movies. I'm not at home to check my "A Walk To Remember" DVD, so I can't be sure. I really think that's it, though.
