engine commercial

I was trying to figure out what commercial and what music it was that was used in a commercial mebbe a few years back. From what I can recall, there were vehicles that had the engines hopping out from under the hoods and it had a swarm of engines crawling down the road. I think the tag line was "your engine will thank you" and it might have said something to the effect " if your engine running sluggish lately". I know for sure that there was a crowd of engines crawling down the street, mebbe headed towards a gas station or something. The commercial might have been for gasoline or oil, cant remember which. Anyone have any ideas? Much appreciated!
