It's an old piano song, sounds like the kind playing in bars in old movies. In the ad, the city transforms into an 1800's style town, and a man goes into a bar and asks for a heineken and says "It's exactly the same".

It has been used in another ad before, some time ago (another heineken ad?)
the song goes something like "something-something-something...losing my mind...." if that helps at all..

i'll try to find a link to the ad.
