Rudy

I was watching the movie Radio(VHS), the one with Cuba Gooding Jr., and before it started there was a preview for a special edition Rudy DVD coming out. There is spectacular music during it and i know i have heard it many times before. Its a very popular piece, much like the Dragonheart theme or others of its kind. If anyone knows where they can find a clip of the trailer for the Rudy DVD, please post it so that i stand a better chance of finding the song. Thanx.

I don't have the Radio DVD but more than likely it was a cue from the score of the movie Rudy by the master Jerry Goldsmith.

In the preview it starts out slow, so you can't here the whole thing, only 30 seconds, but it speeds up and has an awesome sweeping melody.

Even if the song you seek is not on the soundtrack, pick that bad boy up. You will not be disappointed.

After years of searching, I've found it.

The song is called "The Journey Begins" composed by Mark Mancina and Hans Zimmer. The song was featured on a compilation album of world music by Hans Zimmer.
