Don't know the commercial but it's definitely Christmas. Female sings something like "everybody knows.....the man in the hat" or perhaps it's "the man with the hat." kinda jazzy. What the heck is the song?

Actually the original version was by Kay Starr (that's the version they use on the commercial), but it IS called "The Man With The Bag."

Well I knew the Vonda Shepard wasn't the original (obviously the song has been around for years) but that was the only info I can find on it and Shepard's version is pretty cool.
