Old Arnold 'Exersise' Commercial

I've seen a commercial once or twice, and it had Arnold Shwarzenegger promoting to go out and excersise. Once I heard it, I knew the song sounded familiar, and its just bugging me lately!! To start off, it sounds like a movie theme, but I'm not quite sure. I'm positive that it is at the beginning of the True Lies VHS, though. I don't know if that helps, but thats all I've got.
