Help me ID this late 80's song.

I was trying to figure out who it was for a long ass time now, I think the song is by Sandra (I stress I think!), its about the beach .. sun ... I cant really remember the lyrics all I remember are those words and that she was walking on the beach, its a very very nice song, I heard it 1st when I was young it was like mid/late 80s I guess.

Any help appreciated.
 
I'm totally reaching here, but could it be, "circle in the sand" by Belinda Carliel, (former lead singer of the go-go's)??
