Maple Leaf Chicken

There's a Maple Leaf Foods ad selling chicken. There's only one package of this chicken left in the supermarket and two shoppers (one wearing a sombrero hat) stand facing eachother, ready to duel. Another shopper, who just bought the second last package of the chicken, covers up his pucrhcase and slowly backs away. The music playing in the background starts very quietly, and then the trumpets break out loud.
Was this written for the spot or is this something commercially available?

Hey guys,
does anybody know what the music is in the Maple leaf chicken commerical, where its like our chicken is grain fed, and the actual commercial is this field with white text in the sky. The music is instrumental, its just a piano piece. I wasnt able to find a video clip off the commerical though. Anyway I would really appreciate it, if someone could get me the name of that music.
