U.S. Navy Commercial

I don't know why I thought of it, but a long time ago, many months or maybe a year or two ago, the U.S. Navy was running commercials and it had some pretty awsome heavy metal music. It showed a night scene where someone was jumping out of a helicopter into a life raft in the ocean during a storm or something like that. Keith David was the commentator. If anyone knows the song or artist please let me know.
