Anyone that thinks Hawaii or any other of the pacific islands is paradise...
get your ass to Costa Rica for half the price.
Their government is patterned after our own making it the most stable Latin American country by far and most Costa Ricans speak english, except in the sticks, so the language barrier isn't an issue.
