Hallmark Commercial Song

In the late 90's there was a Hallmark card commercial which had a Ray Charles song, a slow and fairly mellancholly sounding song, attached to it and I have been searching for some way to find the name of it. The ad itself I can't remember much about, though it was black and white, it had something to do with a woman who was crying and a man who came and put a card under her door which said something simple but it made her smile (this is all going on memory by the way, from maybe 98 or 99??). It was such a beautiful song. Can anybody help me, know what the song is or know how I can find out??
