Sometime in the 1960's-70's, there was a film, I am not sure as to what it was called, but the name ran along the lines of "The Adventure(? it could be "story") of Richard(?could be robert) (And there is a last name, not too sure of it, but it sound like archwood or ackroyd, or something)"

To be more specific to the viewer, the film was about how a millionaire organized a bank robbery just for the hell of it, as in to commit the perfect crime.

There was a certain song, a classical song, that ended with the line:

"Like a windmill in my mind"

I know, its kinda vague, but im in pursuit of this song for a dear friend. Seriously, any help would be appreciated!

Could it be the the 1968 version of "The Thomas Crown Affair"? I'm just guessing....because the plot revolves around a millionare who commits the perfect crime. Plus there is a song called "Windmills of Your Mind" on the soundtrack.

Here's a link to imdb for movie info for "The Thomas Crown Affair".

And here's a link to the soundtrack. The song is track numbers 1 and 17.

Hopefully this is what your looking for. But it is just a guess on my part. ;)

Yeah, that's it. I just watched it the other night. Sorry, I forget the title of the song/who does it, but it was something with "The windmills of your mind."

Thomas Crown Affair

Does anyone know the name of the music (...passionate) that plays during the sex scene with Russo and Brosnan?

I don't believe it's on the OST.

One of these?
