MTV Commercial Music

Grrr... Hey all! I REALLY want to know what the name of the song for an MTV commercial is. It's the one where the guy in the wheelchair is having a really crappy day. He wheels by a gas station, and the man standing by the pump yells, "PARASITE!". The guy in the wheelchair yells back the same line. In the scene before the gas station, he's in an arcade. There is a song playing in the background. That's the song I want to know the name of. Someone please help!!! This has been bothering me all day!!!
