Mercedes-Benz Ad

Hi! I've just seen this ad again last night on NBC... it shows several people with their new Mercedes (and showing in the same time how many did they have so far). There are no pictures/slides, just video.. and the last person that is shown, is a youngster in a dealership standing by his first Mercedes. The song is awesome.. slow pace.. no lyrics.. just great. And yes.. i checked this here and no .. is not there.
Anybody wanna guess?
