royal elastics shoe commercial

I've been to the royal elastics website and in the bottom left corner on the webpage you can watch the commercial I'm not really sure as to what the lady is saying but it sounds like she's saying angels smile. The second time I heard this song was when I was at a party but noone knew the name of the lady singing the song so I was thinking to myself o'kay, I like this song even though I have only really heard like 30 seconds of it so please anybody out there who knows anything about it,well you know what to do.
