The song "Where there's a whip, there's a way" was sung by the Orks in the animated version of the "Return of the King." Is that what you are looking for? I have a copy of it.

The Ork army is headed to the ultimate battle against mankind. As the Orks march they sing "We don't want to go to war today, but the lord of the lash says nay, nay, nay." They're being driven into war by one of their generals. Who knows - I didn't write it.
