Splashdown song

Can anyone out there tell the title and correct artist of the song they played in the Splashdown commercials and it's featured on the game itself. It goes something like, "Why you wanna kick me when I'm hi-igh. You may not be Miss Right but you'll do right now." Not the EXACT lyrics but close enough. It sounds like Sum 41 or Blink 182 or some other punk wannabe band with a number in their name. Thanks so much!!!
