Sorry if this was asked before, but I searched for this and could not find it. Anyways in one of the commercials for Black Hawk Down there is some sort of choir singing throughout it. Can anyone tell what the name of the music is?

THEATRICAL TRAILER
The Messiah: "Sarabande, Harpsichord Suite in D Minor" - Georg Friedrich Handel
"Natural Blues" - Moby
"Why Does My Heart Feel So Bad" - Moby

TEASER TRAILER
"Knocking on Heaven's Door" - Bob Dylan
Gladiator (2000) - Hans Zimmer

TV SPOTS
"The Space Between" - Dave Matthews Band

No, its not Handel I already have that and it's not any of the ones listed on soundtrack.net. The music I'm talking about is on the deluxe edition of the dvd. It sounds like a childrens' choir.

Doesn't anyone here listen to moby!?

Its the end of the brilliant song "Why Does My Heart Feel So Bad"

No, I listened to that before and its not by Moby. Click on the link.

Almost all the trailers used some of the haunting stuff Lisa Gerrard sung and I distinctly remember one trailer that had Knocking on Heavens Door in it.

I found a similar recording - hard to say if it's the exact one from the sample but hear for yourself:
Track 15 at Amazon

It's a traditional Swedish Christmas carol, 'Santa Lucia's Processional' or just 'Santa Lucia' - tough to find without turning up a gazillion of the Italian "Santa Lucia" that everyone knows

Alright I think I found it,

"Sarabande, Harpsichord Suite in D Minor" - Georg Friedrich Handel

numymufn was correct earlier.
the name of the song is "santa lucia's processional"
i should know, i have it on a cd and have heard many times before.
