Could you give more of a description. Also, as a tip, if you turn on the captions, often times during Defiance, it will list the name and artist of the song. At least for the 'pop' songs, not the background music.
Also, a bit off-topic, but a bit of trivia. Every title of each episode is the name of a song or album. I thought it was pretty damn cool. I believe Cougar Town does the same thing.

Is it by any chance Imagine Dragons song Radioactive? I remember that it was one of the songs I liked from the trailers for Defiance.
