Fright Night

I'm trying to find the song and artist that can be heard during the title card for the remake of Fright Night. The track continues as we see various neighbors within this suburb and we first meet the main character.

The vocals sound a bit like Bob Dylan, but it's most likely not him. I tried doing a Google search using some of the lyrics heard in the movie, but came up empty. Hoping you have better luck, here's what I was able to get down, what I think the words were:

"It was all colors and heat,
and rain fallin' in the streets.
And bad, bad blood.
Oh, she asked what do you need?,
I said, what do you bleed?
I need bad, bad blood."

definitely not Dylan. I saw the clip online but also had no luck finding the artist.
