Retirement Commercial Music

I don't even know the name of the company with the commercial, it may be Sun Life, but I can't find the video for it anywhere. It's this one where there's an old guy and his wife and it starts off "We could never retire the way we want to" and they hand the microphone back and forth dancing and singing "it's alright" or something. It is an extremely annoying commercial, but I need to get the tune for someone retiring at work.
