I hear it in Ftv (Fashion Tv) (a commercial) is a guitar with a batery sound
The video have words like "Enjoy the music" "Enjoy the moments" "Enjoy 2011"

I record a part, look in youtube:

I'm really frustrated about not getting the song... :/

However, the similarity of sound to The Strokes is amazing. Like this:

And yes, with FTV's pages is impossible to find something there...
