Anyone recognize the song that played at the end of the season finale of Covert Action? The song started as they loaded onto a helicopter and played thru the credits. Thanks in advance.

someone on their message board says it is Ray LaMontagne- "Be Here Now". I haven't seen the show, but here is the song the person mentioned.

I would love to know what the title is of the song that plays when the opening credits start, it's got a nice "groove" and the vocals are cool too. Thank you
