there's a commercial on A&E for extreme paranormal. there's a song that plays at the very end that goes "when i die...something something".

just wondering if anyone knew what it was called. i can't seem to come up with anything and i really would like to know.

I would like to find this too. The only thing I've come up with the Outsidaz, When I Die I'm A Try to Take the Whole World With Me. I like the version in the commercial - it sounds very hymnlike, but dreary.

Sounds like..."when I die I'm gonna take the whole town with me". Something like that. Anyway it turned out to be a stupid show. What a let down.

The song was written by Julia Brown, who lived in the town of Frenier in Louisiana in about 1915. It was reported she used to rock back and forth on her porch singing the lyrics, "When I Die I'm going to Take the Whole Town of Frenier With Me". On the day of her death, The Great West Indies storm of 1915 hit in all its fury, destroying the town.
