The first collection of songs from the hit Fox's series
THE O.C. will arrive in stores on Tuesday. "
Music From The O.C.: Mix 1" will start off a series of at least three CDs inspired by the popular drama. The second installment is planned to be released later this year. The music is a mix of indie rock and includes the
Phantom Planet theme song "California." The CD will contain a fold out poster of the cast and special CD enhancements, such as the scenes during which a particular song was heard.
